Taba Restaurant in Kellinghusen

Rooms are nice, breakfast was good despite Corona. The delivery service that is 'advertised' in the hotel is fantastic! However, the location is just as ugly as the facade of the house, or the houses around it. Looks like a barracks or a school from the 80s. It sure was one of them once.

Everything OK

Super cheap and quiet hotel. No street noise. New equipment in a converted barracks building. Friendly staff at the reception. Parking spaces at the house. Best hotel between Neumünster and Hamburg. Breakfast in the outbuilding. I can only recommend.

I was a guest at the hotel. My room was really big, the bathroom was huge. Everything was clean. Staff is super nice. I'll be back!

A very nice hotel with spacious modern rooms. The breakfast was also very good and the ladies went out of their way for our beautiful occasion. Thanks for that.

You don't have to book! Rooms are good, big and clean! The gastro still has a lot to learn!

This is my second time in the hotel. The hotel is in a former barracks, although of course all the rooms have been converted. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are equipped with good sized showers. Not all rooms are barrier-free - but there are. The reception is open until 11 p.m., there are also snacks and drinks. The hotel is also suitable for wheelchair users and prams. The first floor can be reached by stairs or with the elevator. There are enough parking spaces. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. Card payment is possible. I can't say anything about the restaurant itself - I didn't manage to eat there.

Were there for brunch. It is highly recommended. Good delicious food in a really very pleasant atmosphere. Staff nice and friendly.

We do not sleep in an old military barracks every day. Cold and not very inviting like a frame, on the other hand very quiet, oppressive to see 😱 The peat arms are so powerful that it takes almost two minutes to open. Ce n'est pas tous les jours que l'on there dans une ancienne caserne militaire. Froid et pas très accueillant comme cadre, par contre très calme voir lugubre 😱 Les fermes portes sont tellu puissants qui faut presque être 2 pour ouvrir.

poor service and poor menu ( good for Muslims) but again i personally wont go there unless mandatory :) And for the type of food the prices are going up to 20 eur but for what ?

Hotel is ok. Restaurant for breakfast is not ok. Nice rooms, comfortable, clean. No fridge here! Breakfast is the thing to improve a lot. It is not about basic stuff but about whole management. At 7.00 (we are in a hurry in the morning as we are on business trip here) is cca 1/2 of meal ready. Maybe at 7.45 it is ready (we are out at this time already). They do not have black tea in standard offer. Strange. You have to ask for it, and it takes ages to prepare. And quality -I've never ever drunk something so disgusting... Plus no sosages, no scrumbled eggs in the morning...

The restaurant is simply not recommended .. for 14.50 € expected much, and not only sausage from Aldi and fruit salad from the tin and so little cold cuts that you have to ask again and again that something is brought, then we should sit separately once 8 and 5 people, if I go with my family breakfast then we would like to sit together! Bad service and very dirty! Not recommendable !!!

Restaurant was just bad. Thawed goods as fresh offered! Breakfast only finished products. Cleanliness is not given in the restaurant. Definitely not recommended! Hotel was ok.

The hotel was good but the restaurant was very bad

We had a brunch in the restaurant Taba and very pleasantly surprised. A great atmosphere with soft music plus a small inlay on the piano. The food, a super rich and varied offer. For us beginners of the partly oriental kitchen a pleasure. Coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juices. An ideal meeting place for small and large families and groups.

The hotel is located on the former site of a barracks, the two buildings that belong to the hotel have been appropriately converted so that large rooms have been created. However, the barracks character that still exists creates a rather sober atmosphere that is reminiscent of the Bauhaus style. The reception in the hotel was very nice, the staff member very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed huge and comfortable. There were enough sockets to use all chargers at the same time. The extensive breakfast buffet was served in the hotel's restaurant in the adjacent building.

Very nice staff. The hotel is located on a derelict barracks area, very quiet. The rooms are bright and friendly and very big.

Very nice atmosphere and nice service. There is also a piano on which live music is played. Really beautifull. Even as a vegetarian you have a lot of choice :)
